Answer: This property is located in one of the best areas of Riveside and the property is in excellent condition schoold in the area are some of best schools in riverside
Question: IS THE TITLE CLEAR ON THIS PROPERTY UPON WINNING BID? OR WINNER RESPONSIBLE FOR SENIOR LIEN?
