Terms: BIDDER REGISTRATION: All prospective buyers must register to bid. A $50,000.00 cashier’s check or certified check payable to PACIFIC AUCTION EXCHANGE, MARTI BARAJAS AUCTION SERVICES, INC will be required to bid at the Auction. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a total of 10% non-refundable payment in Broker’s Trust Account until time of closing.(10% down includes $50,000 cashiers check plus personal check to make up a total of 10% down.) A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid and included in the total contract price. All unsuccessful bidders cashiers checks will be returned immediately.
Buyers Premium EXAMPLE:
High Bid $5,000,000
+ Buyers Premium $500,000 (10% of high bid)
= TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE $5,500,000
(10% down payment would be = $550,000) CLOSING: Closing will take place within thirty (30) days of the auction. A Grant Deed will be supplied by the seller at seller’s expense, giving marketable title subject to restrictions of record. Taxes are prorated. Escrow is split 50/50 between Buyer & Seller. If Title Insurance is desired it is at the Buyers expense.
